(as often happens in my area) Looking for the regs, I see the definition of "path" includes that should coincide with the route for the general public. I think if the general public will have access to the breezeway covered during bad weather, she should have equal access to that route as well. Anyone help me on this and basically told me if I'm right or wrong in how I am interpreting the regs? On the Glenn Beck talk show this morning he was discussing the six other states that have pledged to send troops to our border to aid in protecting it from the illegal alien invasion. Two previous acts of compassion where amnesty was given and abused has brought about a great disgust for those who are demanding it now.
Americans have decided that three strikes your out, and if the government will not do as the ppl want, the ppl will do it. If individual states can refuse to uphold America’s laws on illegal aliens, then individual states can also make the choice to force their compliance with the law by bringing in troops. I am so glad to see that the pity me act that illegal aliens are once again trying to use as their excuse for breaking our country’s border laws, endangering the American ppl with diseases, then stealing jobs, and Identities of Americans is coming to an end. At first I was unsure as to whether the American ppl still had a voice, and now I know for sure we do.

I feel like a drug addict taking drugs, I have tried cold turkey many times, but ended in a severe depression, probably due to the withdrawal and the effects of stressful situations. When a doctor asked me why I do not want to take medication, which can never express what in a way sufficient. I can not register with the Center on Disability at my university without seeing a psychiatrist (and comply with medication) and a therapist. Is this fair? I believe these episodes of depression and anxiety are caused by external circumstances and stress. My theory is that I keep my stress level at a healthy level, I will not be depressed and do not need drugs. Any advice? I'm desperate

I have been at my present apartment for 1 year and my lease just renewed automatically about 1 1/2 weeks ago. I live by myself on the ground floor and in the past month there have been a string of robberies,rapes, home invasions( 2 of which have been in my building in the past 24 ). I was unaware of the other issues untiI about 5 days ago. Was unaware of my lease renewing… I thought it would renew in november because I was prorated for the month of Oct. I asked if I could get out of it due to the safety issue. I was told that I could give 30 day written notice but I would be responsible for the rent until apartment was re rented. I have also been trying for a year to get my windows and ceiling fixed. Windows are plexiglass and a leak in the bathroom has now caused mold to grow. I also have mold growing under kitchen sink. I have pictures and did take them to office but nothing is being done. Is there any type of legal clause that would allow me to vacate due to safety without being penalized? Escrow is a way to go I know for the mold and and other issues for the apartment.
