It’s QOY… Surprise!! Hero download asked:
The situation refers to a school which meets ADA doors at one end of the building (doors that open by button), but not the other. The final problem is that it has opened the doors to a large open space where the other end (which are not compatible gates) opens to a covered breezeway that connects the other buildings on campus. So she has equal access, provided that no snow, rain or wind is not gusting 40 mph. (as often happens in my area) Looking for the regs, I see the definition of "path" includes that should coincide with the route for the general public. I think if the general public will have access to the breezeway covered during bad weather, she should have equal access to that route as well. Anyone help me on this and basically told me if I'm right or wrong in how I am interpreting the regs? Thank you very much. # 4.3 http://www.access-board.gov/adaag/html/adaag.htm The person I mean she is a student who uses a power wheelchair.
